  • Which data file formats does GSCA Pro support?

 

GSCA Pro can open the following file types: .csv, .xlsx, and .txt.

  • What does it mean when the “Not responding” message appears on the top?

 

This message appears when GSCA Pro stops interacting with Windows properly. In most cases, this can be because the software is busy working. For example, it can happen when the software runs cross validation to determine ridge/lasso parameters or when it processes large input/output data.
